The 2010 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4x4 has impressive handling, seating for five to six passengers, nice amenities, and great towing power. There are trim styles for austere and extravagant individuals alike, including the stylish Limited trim, featuring luxurious elements such as a 6-disc CD changer and front and rear sonar. Two engine sizes are available--a 310 horsepower 4.6L V8, and a 381 horsepower 5.7L V8. Additionally, all trim styles offer a flexible fuel version, which will satisfy the tastes of those eco-friendly individuals.Edmunds.com commented in their review of the Tundra, "The truck's handling precision helped make it one of the most confidence-inspiring trucks to drive." Tough mechanical equipment found on every trim includes a 4WDemand system with an electronically controlled 2-speed transfer case, rack-and-pinion hydraulic power steering, and power assisted four-wheel anti-lock brake system. The suspension package breaks up the bumps and the rough spots with a rear live axle with trapezoidal multi-leaf rear suspension, and staggered outboard-mounted low-pressure nitrogen gas shocks; and front independent coil-spring high-mounted double-wishbone suspension with a stabilizer bar, and low-pressure nitrogen gas shocks.
Convenience features found in every trim include cruise control, 6 cupholders, an illuminated entry system, and a remote keyless entry system.
Of course, each new Double Cab 4x4 comes with tried-and-true safety features, such as the Star Safety System, 3-point seatbelts in all seating positions, child protector rear door locks, and a tire pressure monitor system. The 2010 Double Cab 4x4 4.6L Base seats six and is powered by a 310 hp, 4.6-liter DOHC 32V i-FORCE V8 engine with dual independent variable valve timing and intelligence. This trim can pull up to 6400 lbs. 
The plush and powerful 4.6L Limited trims combines the power of a 310 horsepower, 4.6-liter, DOHC 32V i-FORCE V8 engine with 6-speed electronically controlled transmission with intelligence; sequential shift mode; uphill/downhill shift logic; and TOW/HAUL mode. The Limited seats five and can tow up to 8300 lbs.
This Base trim features a longer bed, and runs on a 4.6-liter V8 engine with a five-speed automatic transmission; exterior equipment includes power heated outside mirrors. 
The 5.7L V8 Base trim puts you in control of the road with a DOHC 32V i-FORCE V8 engine with dual independent VVT-i and 6-speed electronically controlled transmission with intelligence. The engine pumps out an awesome 381 hp and 401 lb-ft of torque. The seating capacity is six and the tow capacity is 8300 lbs.
This Base trim's 5.7-liter V8 engine has ethanol technology, making it a flex-fuel vehicle; it also runs with six-speed electronic transmission. All base trim-specific features included on other trims are included with this one, such as heated power outside mirrors and dual-zone climate control. 
This Limited trim is a flex-fuel vehicle with ethanol technology, but otherwise comes complete with all the same great Limited-specific features standard on other Limited trims such as a 5.7-liter V8 engine, six-speed automatic transmission, Bluetooth technology and leather-trimmed heated front seats. 
This Base trim features a longer bed and is also a flex-fuel vehicle with ethanol technology in its 5.7-liter V8 engine; it also has a six-speed automatic transmission. All additional features are the same as other base trims, and include all the perks like heated power outside mirrors, dual-zone climate control and a tilt steering wheel. 
This Limited trim features a 5.7-liter V8 engine with a six-speed automatic transmission, and comes standard with all the same great Limited-specific features as other trims in its level. Just some of these include a power horizontal sliding rear window, leather-trimmed heated front seats, an overhead console and Bluetooth connectivity.
